Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to courses and customised training packages provided by RPBC Business Solutions.


Best Value Guarantee
RPBC Business Solutions will guarantee to better any written quote for equivalent training services by at least 5%. 

Course Fees
Fees are required to be paid on enrollment.  An invoice will be issued by RPBC Business Solutions for course enrollments and the invoice must be paid no later than the invoice due date. If fees have not been received on or before the due date, the enrollment may be cancelled, at our discretion. Our preferred payments method is via EFT. EFT information can be found on the lower portion of the invoice. Please include the invoice number in the EFT transaction description. 

Cancellations and Refund Policy 
General 
RPBC Business Solutions reserves the right to cancel, postpone or re-schedule programs due to low enrollments or unforeseen circumstances. The information provided by RPBC Business Solutions is correct at the time of publication but may be subject to change. RPBC Business Solutions reserves the right to change program fees, dates, content, speakers or method of presentation at its discretion. Notifications of cancellations, refunds and requests must be made via email to admin@rpbc.com.au. 

 

Special Circumstances
RPBC Business Solutions will review its refund policy in cases where special circumstances may apply. Sufficient evidence may be required for consideration to be made. Each review will be examined and determined on its own merits based on the claim and supporting documentation.

Cancellations more than two weeks prior to course commencement 
If the cancellation is made in writing more than two weeks prior to the course commencement date, RPBC Business Solutions will refund the fees paid in full or offer an alternate course date. 

Cancellations Less than two weeks prior to course commencement
In the event of a cancellation less than two weeks from the course commencement date, fees paid will not be refunded nor will an alternate course date be offered. 

Substitute participant 
If the enrolled participant is unable to attend the course, you may substitute an alternate participant. Please provide substitute participants details via email to admin@rpbc.com.au prior to course commencement. 

Non Attendance
If a participant fails to attend a course, course fees will not be refunded nor will an alternate course date be offered.
